Bill Foulk

REAL ESTATE BROKER, SENIOR LOAN OFFICER

Bill Foulk, recognized in his industry as a Top Producer, has received the Centurion Award and the Master’s Emerald Award. This places Bill in the Top 2% of all realtors nationwide. He is both a Real Estate Broker at Century 21 Country Estates and a Senior Loan Officer with Universal Lending. Bill has been in the industry 29 years and has been working as a loan officer for 19 years.

“I enjoy working with people,” he said. “Many real estate transactions have problems and I take pride in my ability to solve the problems and make difficult transactions close.”

Bill is the chairman for the Milpitas Arts Commission and a member of the Milpitas Unified School District Board of Education. He finds himself spending a lot of time serving the students, and participates as a mentor for Cal-Hills “Out to Lunch Club.” He is active in his church where he is a leader in the youth program. Bill is also a Merit Badge Counselor for the Boy Scouts.

He and his wife Joanne have been married for 40 years and have 9 children and 29 grandchildren. They have lived in Milpitas since 1969.
