Candace has lived in Milpitas for 15 years, which has enabled her to create customer relationships not only on a business level, but on a personal basis as well. She is personally involved in showing the house, getting approved for financing, and closing each transaction.
Candace has been in the real estate field for five years and has completed extensive training. Candace has real estate and Notary certification. She completed CALHFA Broker Training; Originations Pro Mortgage School, Mortgage Training Institute Tax Returns and Analysis Evaluations; and California Association of Mortgage Brokers: Commercial lending, Truth in lending; and is a graduate of the Realtor Institute: Real Estate Finance, Essential Concepts of the Car Residential Purchase Agreement, Listing, Pricing and Marketing Properties.
