Our Bay Area Real Estate is a constantly changing marketplace. You need to be able to change with it at a moment’s notice. What may have worked last month in terms of marketing may not have the same effect this month. That is where experience on how to navigate the situation comes into effect.
A dedication to high professional standards and ethics is very important to Sandra. She has been serving on the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors Grievance Committee since 2003, being Vice Chairperson for 2005, Chairperson for 2006 and is now on the Professional Standards Committee.
Giving back to the community in which Sandra grew up remains very important. She is an active member of the Milpitas Chamber of Commerce and Milpitas Rotary Club, particularly with Rotary’s Camp RYLA leadership camp.
When she’s not selling homes, Sandra enjoys time with her family. Sandra also enjoys traveling and running.
