Judy earns respect in her business because she is professional, ethical and understands that helping a person is a serious responsibility. Her enthusiasm and hard work reduce the stress and anxiety that sometime comes during real estate transactions. Plus Judy has lived in the community for many years — and she knows it well.
She has been a full-time Realtor for seven years, and has been selling in the industry for a total of 12 years. She completed her real estate training back then, and renewed her certification through Charlie Krackleler, known as the dean of continuing education.
“The challenging aspect is the business cycle of ups and downs in the market,” Judy says.
Judy’s business base is so diverse that she has continued to succeed in the Silicon Valley market.
“My areas of expertise are residential properties, land investments, and commercial real estate.”
Perhaps Judy is so patient and nurturing with clients due to her former profession: teaching. She was a certificated teacher in the Alum Rock School District from 1989 to 2001. She was also a special education teacher.
Judy’s awards for excellence are numerous. Among the most distinguished is the Century 21 Top Producer Award, 2000-2005.
Judy has held positions in many local and regional organizations. She is the president of the Filipino-American Real Estate Professionals Association (FAREPA) of Santa Clara County (2007-2008); president of the City of San Fernando La Union Northern California, president 2006-08; and Santa Clara County Association of Realtors (SCCAOR) CAR Director 2007.
Judy is happily married with three grown children. Jake, also a Realtor and Golda and Karla who are nurses. Judy and her husband Steve live in San Jose East Foothills, near Alumrock Park and San Jose Country Club.
