Jill took over the job as advertising services coordinator in February 2008. She has worked for Milpitas Post Newspaper for one and a half years. In her new position, Jill is responsible for coordinating all advertisements and inserts for the newspaper. Jill formerly worked for Mervyn’s for 27 years in various positions, from management to clerical and sales.

Jill is a widow with two children. Her daughter, Rebecca, is 18 and a freshman at Sonoma State University. Her son, Daniel, is 15 and is a sophomore in high school.

Jill has lived in the Bay Area since 1981 and came here from the East Coast after graduating from the University of Hartford. She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. and is very happy to be living in the Bay Area.
