Susan has owned and operated The Cat's Nest Boarding & Day Care since 1995. She has also been the American Boarding Kennel Association's Cat Boarding Section Chair since 2005 and has published several articles for their "Pet Services Journal" magazine which are directed toward her peers in the pet boarding industry. She is skilled in giving all types of medication and an expert at handling fractious cats. Friends and customers call her regularly with all types of questions to which she freely shares her extensive knowledge of cats and cat behavior.
